MARTIN, a construction company, completed the acquisition of Loibl Förderanlagen, a supplier and manufacturer of customized transport solutions for bulk materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. „Both Loibl Förderanlagen and Martin GmbH für Umwelt- und Energietechnik are traditional companies from Bavaria with decades of experience and an international reputation. With Martin we have a strong shareholder at our side with whom we will further expand our very successful company development.
