Moove IT to merge with December Labs.

Moove IT, a software company, agreed to merge with December Labs, a developer of mobile apps, websites, and emerging technologies in terms of UX/UI. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an important, exciting, and timely strategic move for our two companies.
