GELPAC, a packaging solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Standard Multiwall Bag, a manufacturer of industrial and food grade multiwall and wovenpoly laminated bags. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of efficient western and south-western production plants further strengthens our competitive position in North America.
