NTT Anode Energy, a smart energy business developer, and JERA, a power generation company, completed the acquisition of the Japanese assets from Pattern Energy, a developer and operator of wind, solar, transmission, and energy storage projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We're very proud of our partnership with GPI over the past eight years that together we grew into a leading renewable energy business in Japan.
