NTT Anode Energy and JERA completed the acquisition of the Japanese assets from Pattern Energy.

NTT Anode Energy, a smart energy business developer, and JERA, a power generation company, completed the acquisition of the Japanese assets from Pattern Energy, a developer and operator of wind, solar, transmission, and energy storage projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We're very proud of our partnership with GPI over the past eight years that together we grew into a leading renewable energy business in Japan. As we look to the future, Pattern is focused on its growing pipeline of projects in North America, including some of the largest wind and transmission projects in US history," Hunter Armistead, Pattern Energy CEO.
