Hensley Beverage completed the acquisition of Premier Distributing.

Hensley Beverage, a beverage distributor, completed the acquisition of Premier Distributing, a wholesale distributor of alcohol & non-alcohol beverages. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a new day for Hensley Beverage Company as we expand our geographic footprint outside of Arizona.
