Biocodex, a pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of TargEDys, a pharmaceutical company, from Seventure, a long term equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the support of Biocodex, TargEDys will continue its ambitious growth strategy of developing a multi-technology scalable platform and investing in science.
