Interpump, an Italian conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Waikato Milking Systems, a milking solutions provider, for $54m. "We are now in a great position to push on through the remaining stages of development over the next 18 months towards a game-changing market entry. They are a long-term investor, they have high expectations around performance, but they don't come in and change the name of the company," Jamie Mikkelson, WMS Chairman.
