S8 Capital, a company that creates and develops high-tech products and services, completed the acquisition of plant in Russia from Continental, a motor vehicle manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Continental has divested the majority of its activities in Russia as part of its announced controlled withdrawal from the Russian market, a decision taken by the technology company in response to the war against Ukraine.
