IDEX Corporation completed the acquisition of Iridian Spectral Technologies.

IDEX Corporation, a diversified, engineered products company, completed the acquisition of Iridian Spectral Technologies, an optical products manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Iridian expands our already strong array of optical technology offerings and aligns with our company’s strategic growth plans. We welcome the Iridian team to IDEX, where they will increase our offerings in core markets we serve now and allow us to expand into new ones,” Eric Ashleman, IDEX CEO and President.
