Banca Ifis, an Italian finance company, agreed to acquire Revalea, an non-performing loans holding company, from Mediobanca, an investment bank, for €100m. “This deal seals a long-term strategic partnership with Mediobanca, and strengthens our position in a core sector for the Group.
