Industrial Opportunity Partners-backed NB Handy completed the acquisition of 4M Metals.

Industrial Opportunity Partners-backed NB Handy, a building products distributor that specializes in duct, air distribution, and other HVAC products, architectural metal roofing and machinery, completed the acquisition of 4M Metals, a fabricator and supplier of architectural metal roofing panel systems and components. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With similar operating values and complementary product offerings, we believe 4M is an excellent acquisition for NB Handy. We are all excited about the opportunity to expand NB Handy’s fabrication capabilities to South Carolina and its customer-focused culture to the coastal markets,” Dave Mackin, NB Handy Chairman.
