Håndverksgruppen agreed to acquire Dextry Group from Storskogen Group for SEK450m.

Håndverksgruppen, a surfacing contractor in Scandinavia, agreed to acquire Dextry Group, a surface services provider, from Storskogen Group, an international group of businesses across Trade, Industry, and Services, for SEK450m. The acquisition of Dextry Group will help Håndverksgruppen to further strengthen its position in the Swedish market.
