HomeServe-backed Growth Partner, a venture capital firm founded to invest in some of Britain’s most talented entrepreneurs and to nurture and scale promising businesses, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Passenger Clothing, a responsible outdoor clothing brand for £15m. “Passenger has been ahead of the curve with ESG and at the forefront of promoting a responsible business position with its international customer base.
