Global Telecommunication Investment and LW Subsea Holdings to form a joint venture.

Global Telecommunication Investment, a telecommunication service provider, and LW Subsea Holdings, a provider of subsea operations agreed to form a joint venture for the development, construction, ownership and operation of the Trans-Caribbean Fiber System, a new build submarine cable system to be deployed between termination points in each of Florida, U.S.A., Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Financial terms were not disclosed.
