MoneyHero Group, a financial products platform in Greater Southeast Asia, went public via a SPAC merger with Bridgetown Holdings, a special purpose acquisition company formed as a collaboration between Pacific Century Group and Thiel Capital, in a $283m deal. “We are proud to have achieved this significant milestone in our journey.
