Pernod Ricard completed the acquisition of Nocheluna Sotol.

Pernod Ricard, a company best known for its anise-flavoured pastis apéritifs Pernod Anise and Ricard Pastis, completed the acquisition of Nocheluna Sotol, a spirit harvested 100% from Sotol plants. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sotol is a genuine, authentic product coming from a marvelous terroir. It has existed for more than 800 years but now it's time for Pernod Ricard to introduce it to the world, thanks to our unique route to market and our expertise in amplifying brands," Alexandre Ricard, Pernod Ricard Chairman and CEO.
