Fortaco Group to acquire MauserCABS.

Fortaco Group, a brand independent strategic partner to the heavy off-highway equipment and marine industries, agreed to acquire MauserCABS, a high-precision manufacturer of safety cabins operating in international markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition, Fortaco is broadening its cabin technology offerings in Europe, India, and the US.
