LVHM to acquire a flagship store on Old Bond Street from Tiffany & Co.

LVHM, a French multinational luxury goods conglomerate headquartered in Paris, agreed to acquire a flagship store on Old Bond Street from Tiffany & Co, an American luxury jewelry and specialty retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
