Shamrock Pharmachemi completed the acquisition of Unimark Remedies.

Shamrock Pharmachemi, a part of Shamrock Group which is involved in contract manufacturing and export of APIs, intermediates and veterinary products, completed the acquisition of Unimark Remedies, a healthcare company, developing affordable generic medicines in various therapeutic segments. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic transaction allows Shamrock to integrate backwards in its operations and strengthen its position in the pharmaceutical value chain. The acquisition of Unimark Remedies will give Shamrock access to Unimark's manufacturing facilities and expertise in the API and intermediate manufacturing space. This will allow Shamrock to expand its product portfolio and reach new customers.
