Riverside-backed Clinical Education Alliance to acquire Agence L.I.V. from KDA for $13.5m.

Riverside-backed Clinical Education Alliance, which develops learning materials delivered through in-person or virtual events developed by on-staff scientific experts, agreed to acquire Agence L.I.V., an education management firm, from KDA for $13.5m. LIV operates a business of developing and supporting medical education initiatives, creating medical education content and supporting logistical organization of scientific meetings and exchanges related to the environment of medical education.
