Envases to acquire Domiberia.

Envases, a packaging and containers manufacturing company, agreed to acquire Domiberia, a packaging solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By bringing the Domiberia plants and talent pool into our family we will ensure a stronger, wider, and more diverse footprint in Europe, for the benefit of our employees, customers and stakeholders.
