Vermilion Group completed the acquisition of Intek Plastics.

Vermilion Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Intek Plastics, a plastic fabrication company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Northborne’s expertise representing manufacturing businesses was invaluable as Intek explored strategic options and ultimately identified the right partner in Vermilion Group.
