Univi completed the acquisition of Kerdonis.

Univi, a national society addressing the healthcare market for the elderly and disabled, completed the acquisition of Kerdonis Group, a family-run business specialising in the management of retirement homes and hotels in France. Financial terms were not disclosed. Univi provides support services for the elderly, vulnerable, and disabled. With over 4k dedicated employees, the group operates several hospitals, EHPAD residences, and homes to cater for its clients’ needs.
