Rochester Sensors completed the acquisition of Tekelek Europe.

Rochester Sensors, a designer and manufacturer of liquid level sensors and gauges, completed the acquisition of Tekelek Europe, a liquid level sensors provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about the acquisition of Tekelek as it provides us with wireless sensor technologies supporting software platforms that drive delivery and logistics efficiencies. Tekelek’s existing customer base will benefit from the combined company’s extensive resources in liquid level sensor measurement, including additional products and deep design and engineering expertise.
