LDC completed the acquisition of The Barrister Group.

LDC, a private equity company which provides funds for buyouts and development capital transactions in UK unquoted companies, completed the acquisition of The Barrister Group, a tech-enabled legal services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The LDC team understand our business and our sector, and they were quick to identify a number of value-add areas where they can support. Their regional network, which closely aligns with TBG’s proposition, their sector experience and insights were a real draw for us," Harry Hodgkin, The Barrister Group Co-Founder and CEO.
