DCP Capital to acquire Cargill Protein China from Cargill.

DCP Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Cargill Protein China, a poultry business, from Cargill, a agricultural products provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale includes chicken farms in Chuzhou in eastern Anhui province and related manufacturing sites.
