Main Capital Partners-backed BCS HR Software, a provider of software for HR and payroll, completed the acquisition of HR and payroll activities from Centric, a holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We want to continue to focus on strategic activities and innovations with which Centric is leading the way.
