Synopsis
Nojima, a Japanese company that is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of digital audio and visual equipment, information technology equipment, and electric appliances, completed the acquisition of Conexio, a company that wholesales mobile equipment to outlets, as well as operates mobile service retail stores, from Itochu, a company that trades in raw materials, finished apparel, and also has a brand business, for $453.04m. The acquisition of Conexio will contribute to securing Nojima’s solid position in the mobile phone retail space.
