IVP, a later-stage venture capital firm, led a $35m Series B round in Cortex, an internal developer portal company, with participation from Craft Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Tiger Global and YCombinator. “Developer productivity tops the list of engineering initiatives given the current macro, but while AI is speeding up developer work, time spent remediating issues risks cannibalizing any efficiency gains.
