BV Investment-backed Veracross, a student information system, completed the acquisition of Digistorm, a developer of custom apps and school websites for private and independent K-12 schools. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Like Veracross, Digistorm is solely focused on K-12 schools and dedicates 100% of its product development to this market.
