Insplan, a specialist in electrical, telecommunications and lighting network design and services, completed the acquisition of Kartometria Finland, an offeror a mapping and documentation service as well as a cable display service for telecommunications and electricity network projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The completed transaction supports Insplan Oy's growth strategy.
