Hivest Capital-backed Holding Agora to acquire The Placemakers.

Hivest Capital-backed Holding Agora, a group producing foundry equipment for urban realm, agreed to acquire The Placemakers, an Italian leader in the design and manufacturing of street furniture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome TPM, along with the Bertino and Tasca families, into the Agora group.
