Argos Wityu completed the acquisition of TKH France from TKH Group.

Argos Wityu, an investment fund, completed the acquisition of TKH France, a logistics service, from TKH Group, a group of companies specialising in the creation and delivery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Argos Wityu is proud to have been chosen by TKH Group to further develop this very successful French connectivity solutions company. We are pleased that TKH Group will remain invested in the operations.
