Qualium Investissement-backed AmeXio, a provider of enterprise content management and customer communication management, completed the acquisition of the digital business of Acolad, a provider of a full suite of content and language solutions, services, and technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acolad Digital’s addition puts us alongside Europe’s largest IT service companies, providing us with access to the North American market while reinforcing our ultra-specialist positioning. Given the significant projects we’re currently tackling, we anticipate that our goal of €100 million in revenue by 2026 will not only be met but surpassed,” Xavier Morcillo, AmeXio Founder & President.
