Compass Group-backed Mearthane Products Corporation completed the acquisition of American Urethane.

Compass Group-backed Mearthane Products Corporation, a global technology company operating in the development and manufacture of advanced polyurethane products, completed the acquisition of American Urethane, a manufacturer of custom thermoset polyurethane products.
