I Squared Capital-backed nLighten, a digital infrastructure platform, completed the acquisition of Euclyde Data Centers, a French regional platform with six, carrier-neutral data centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, we are taking another step towards our goal of creating a leading pan-European edge data center platform.
