Clessidra-backed Impresoft completed the acquisition of Open-Co.

Clessidra-backed Impresoft, an innovative and complementary company, completed the acquisition of Open-Co, a provider of LIMS software for the wine, chemical, and environmental sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Open-Co is the third add-on carried out after the investment of Clessidra Private Equity in Impresoft Group and is an integral part of the M&A strategy aimed at expanding the offering of proprietary software dedicated to the industrial sector.
