MGG Investment Group-backed Access & Integrated Practice Holdings, a comprehensive mobile medical services platform, completed the acquisition of United Medical Systems, a provider of advanced mobile urology services to hospitals, surgery centers, and offices. Financial terms were not disclosed. “UMS has established a strong reputation in the medical community for integrity, patient focus, and clinical and operational excellence.
