METLEN Energy & Metals completed the acquisition of Alberta Sunnysook solar power plant from Westbridge Renewable Energy for CAD41.4m.

METLEN Energy & Metals, a Greek industrial conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Alberta Sunnysook solar power plant from Westbridge Renewable Energy, a company originating, developing and monetizing utility-scale solar PV projects, for CAD41.4m. “We are excited to take this important step with the closing of the Sunnynook Project, marking a significant milestone for METLEN in the Canadian market.
