Hillcore completed the acquisition of the Thompson Construction Group.

Hillcore, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of the Thompson Construction Group, a provider of new commercial and industrial construction and maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to partner with such a great leadership team and an industry leader and see tremendous opportunities to grow this platform.
