Urca Energia completed the acquisition of ENC Energy Brazil from GEF Capital Partners.

Urca Energia, an operator in the free and regulated energy markets, completed the acquisition of ENC Energy Brazil, a builder, owner and operator of LFGTE plants, from GEF Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
