Goldman Sachs Asset Management completed the acquisition of Froy from Salmar for $600m.

Synopsis

Goldman Sachs Asset Management, a provider of institutional and individual investors with investment and advisory solutions, completed the acquisition of Froy, a supplier of vessel services such as wellboat and sea freight, from Salmar for $600m. “We are excited to invest in Frøy, as one of the leading companies providing mission-critical transportation and support infrastructure to the aquaculture industry. Wellboats and service vessels are vital to enabling best-in-class farming practices and Frøy is at the forefront of driving sustainability.
