Avista Capital-backed Solmetex completed the acquisition of Impladent.

Avista Capital-backed Solmetex, a manufacturer and supplier of amalgam separators and other waste compliance products, completed the acquisition of Impladent, a provider of a broad range of innovative and affordable regenerative materials including bone grafts and resorbable membranes used in tooth extraction procedures.
