Versicherungskammer Bayern, a German insurance fund, agreed to acquire a 6.8% stake in MVV Energie, a German energy supplier, from European Diversified Infrastructure Fund II, an investment fund managed by Igneo Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
