The Sterling Group-backed Artisan Design Group, a provider of design, procurement, and installation services, completed the acquisition of Peachtree Cabinet Distributors, a distributor of cabinetry, countertops, and hardware, and GranCo Countertops, a manufacturer and installer of granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to strengthening ADG's presence in the Southeast region through our partnership with Peachtree and GranCo.
