The Sterling Group-backed ADG completed the acquisition of Peachtree Cabinet Distributors and GranCo Countertops.

The Sterling Group-backed Artisan Design Group, a provider of design, procurement, and installation services, completed the acquisition of Peachtree Cabinet Distributors, a distributor of cabinetry, countertops, and hardware, and GranCo Countertops, a manufacturer and installer of granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to strengthening ADG's presence in the Southeast region through our partnership with Peachtree and GranCo. The addition of the Company will enhance our cabinet offering in the Southeast and expand our product capabilities to countertops, allowing us to better serve our customers through bundled services," Steve Margolius, ADG CEO.
