Visabeira completed the acquisition of ARQUILED from EDP Ventures and C2 Capital Partners.

Visabeira, a provider of network engineering services in the area of telecommunications and energy, completed the acquisition of ARQUILED, a company that manufactures and develops LED lighting solutions, from EDP Ventures, a venture capital firm, and C2 Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The entry of the Visabeira Group into the company’s capital will open up new possibilities for expansion, both in the domestic and international markets, through the creation of synergies in complementary businesses," Miguel Allen Lima, ARQUILED CEO.
