Agroberries, a producer and marketer of berries, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in EMEA and APAC businesses from BerryWorld, a food producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I’m excited about the possibilities arising from this investment; it will enhance our global reach and broaden our exposure across berry categories," Jorge Varela, Agroberries Co-Founder and CEO.
