ECIT, an accounting company, completed the acquisition of a 96% stake in Dataplan, an accounting and payroll services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition strengthens ECIT’s presence within Accounting, Payroll , IT Consulting and Managed Services in the Stavanger area and add Point of sale (POS) technology to the Tech Division in ECIT.
