Circet, a telecommunications company, completed the acquisition of MAM-Bau, a telco-focused civil engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of MAM-Bau provides Circet Deutschland with enhanced technical capabilities and geographic coverage in the dynamic German FTTH construction market.
