Ferguson Enterprises completed the acquisition of Bruce Supply, The Kennedy Companies and S. G. Torrice.

Ferguson Enterprises, a HVAC products supplier, completed the acquisition of Bruce Supply, a plumbing distributor, The Kennedy Companies, a waterworks distributor, and S. G. Torrice, a full-service HVAC distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bruce Supply, Kennedy and S. G.
